إعادة استعمال الماء المسترجع من سائل القطع التالف لانتاج قطع جديد باستعمال البنتونايت العراقي والكلوروزايلينول المستحلب
تم الوصول الى طريقة لتدوير الماء بكفائة 60% عند معالجة سائل القطع التالف المستعمل في عمليات التنعيم والذي يحتوي على زيت نفطي بنسبة 1.5% وزناً وذلك باستعمال البنتونايت العراقي العالي النوعية بتقنية الامتزاز . اضهرت التجارب العلمية ان عملية الامتزاز بواسطة البنتونايت العراقي العالي قادر على خفض نسبة الزيوت النفطية المستحلبه في سائل القطع التالف الى 670 وبكفائة 96% خلال نصف ساعة وان استعمال مادة الكلوروزايلينول المستحلب يزيد من ةعمر سائل القطع 70% .
prof dr abbas h sulaymon –head of the energy engineering department was awarded a patent from co.s.q. honing that this patent is third patent prof sulaymon is call huouen international and national scientific researcher Recycling water from spent cutting fluid to produce newcutting fluid using Iraqi Bentonite and Emulsified chloroxylenol. It was found by recycling the water with efficiency 60% fortreatment of the spent cutting fluid which was used in grinding processcontained 1.5% Emulsified oil.This method was achieved by using Iraqi bentonite .Theadsorption method was able to reduce the emulsified oil in spent cutting fluidto 670 ppm with efficiency 96%.Using the emulsified chloroxylenol will increasethe duration time of the cutting oil
